In 2005, University of Calgary classmates, roommates and friends Brad Pallister and Mitch DeBelser recognized a very serious problem Alberta employers were facing; locating quality skilled trades workers. The partners managed to locate a pair of companies that were interested in giving the young company a try. A month later, B & M Recruitment Solutions placed its first Candidate, a Journeyman Welder, with our first Client.
