We are speaking to people and tracking down ‘names and [phone] numbers’ of potential employees for our Clients. After we have these names and numbers, diligent follow-up is essential.

What sort of screening process do you go through?

The applications we receive go through a standard screening process that analyzes the resume and identifies specific questions that need to be asked. A recruiter will call the Candidate, verifies the information on their resume and give a brief description of the Client’s vacant position. If the Candidate is interested, the recruiter will conduct a thorough phone interview based on behavioral, situational and general information questions. Reference checks will be completed after the Client expresses interest in the Candidate

How do you keep my company information private?

Job descriptions and compensation packages will be used as information to attract our Candidates to your jobs. However, under no circumstances is the identity or contact information of our Client organization revealed to our Candidates until our Client expresses interest in the Candidate. Moreover, your company information is stored in a secure office building and all B & M Recruitment Solutions are obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement that keeps this information private.

What are my obligations to B & M Recruitment Solutions as a Client?

As a Client of B & M Recruitment Solutions your company will be obliged to follow our privacy and communication policies as outlined in detail on our standard contract. Clients are under absolutely no obligation to interview or hire any applications that are forwarded. Clients are obligated to pay our fees within 30 days if, and only if, a Candidate is hired.
