We'll also conduct a strategic advertising campaign and begin to start receiving resumes. We'll weed out the better candidates and conduct pre-screen interviews before forwarding you the candidates which we feel come close to your 'Ideal Candidate'.
Once you have received these applications, you may evaluate whether the Candidate is compatible based on your requirements. We will happily check candidates references for you or even conduct a 'Personality Profile' test if required. There are still no fees charged up to this point!
Once the decision has been made to employ a candidate, only then will our fee be charged to the client.

Of course, even though we perform a comprehensive resume screen, interview and reference checks for all of our forwarded Candidates, nothing provides a more accurate performance measure than after the Candidate starts working!
We offer 30, 60, 90 and 365 day guarantees. If the Candidate does not perform as expected within the guaranteed period, we will credit your account and find a more suitable candidate at no charge!
