Brad is co-founder of B & M Recruitment Solutions. Born and raised in Lacombe, Alberta, he moved to Calgary in 2002 and obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in 2006.

Born into a business minded family, Brad enjoys the 'social' aspect of business on top of running his own company. He enjoys reading business books and discussing business solutions with his peers. Competitive sport, both watching and playing, are high on his priority list. He is an avid Calgary flames fan and one of the best seconds on Red Deer's Wednesday night mens curling. Brad also enjoys spending his free time with his friends, family and girlfriend.

Brad is a sitting member on the PC Executive Committee and a sitting member on the Chamber of Commerce Labour Committee.

Mandi Boutilier
Recruiter

Mandi has been a recruiter with the B & M team since October 2006. She is a proud Cape Bretoner who relocated to Alberta in 2005. She graduated from Université Sainte-Anne with a Bachelor of Arts and also her bilingual diploma. HR has been an interest of her’s since working as a Student Employment Officer. She is currently studying Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Athabasca University.

Mandi is always available to help out of province candidates find new careers in Alberta or simply to answer your questions. Having made the big move herself, she can offer some valuable advice to those wanting to do the same.

Some of Mandi’s favorite things to do are cooking (she is a self proclaimed Food Network Junkie), camping, road trips and spending time with her friends and boyfriend. She loves to talk about all of her favorite food from her hometown of Glace Bay……She will be the first to tell you that East Coast food is to die for, especially the Pizza and Chinese food!

Martine Varekamp-Bos
Foreign Recruitment Specialist

Martine joined the B&M Recruitment Team in September 2007 after some 10 years of hopping across the Atlantic. During this time she completed a marketing degree in Scotland, assisted entrepreneurs in establishing an online presence in Edmonton and managed online marketing and advertising campaigns in The Netherlands.

At B&M Martine is committed to find the best Candidates for our Clients and to assist Candidates in successfully establishing themselves in their new job and, in many instances, their new community. Martine has also taken on additional projects which include: enhancing B&M's online presence and marketing strategies and launching a foreign recruitment program.

Martine is a successful graduate of the certified immigration consultant program and she is excited to put her newly acquired knowledge into practice. She enjoys traveling, skiing, swimming, a bit of shopping and she doesn't shy away from milking some cows every now and again.

Zoe Eaton
Recruiter

Zoe recently joined the ever expanding B&M team in September 2008. Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Zoe studied music and entertainment management in college before heading abroad to experience the world. She landed in Canada where she met her husband and found her calling in sales and retail management.

After wearing out her feet on the retail floor, recruiting seemed like a natural progression. Zoe is committed to helping both clients and candidates and is not afraid to go the extra mile to meet their needs. Zoe loves being part of B&M as she enjoys chatting to people from all walks of life.

Zoe also enjoys traveling, reading, fishing and will always put her hand up for a beer and a laugh. She is also a committed Vancouver Canucks fan, even when they're losing!

Mitch DeBelser
Managing Director

Mitch is co-founder of B & M Recruitment Solutions and was born and raised in Alberta, living in Calgary, Blackfalds and Sylvan Lake. Like Brad, Mitch graduated from Lacombe Composite High School in 2002 and moved to Calgary to complete his Bachelor of Commerce in 2006.

Mitch currently has a full time career as sales manager at a Central Alberta oilfield manufacturing company. Though he is not actively involved in the daily operations of the business, Mitch is heavily involved in the company in a leadership role, with special projects and putting his credit card down for lunch every now and then.

Mitch enjoys golf in the summer, hockey in the winter and hanging out with his friends, family and girlfriend.
